This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and shape Aetna's digital presence and commercial growth strategy!The Plan Sponsor Digital Programs team works closely across Brand, Paid Media, The Agency, Data Sciences, Business Marketing and Digital Enablement. This role will give team members broad and meaningful exposure across Marketing and the Enterprise as a whole. POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Programs team brings our marketing strategy to life through the development and deployment of digital campaigns and programs that serve as the entry point to Aetna for Commercial Plan Sponsors, Influencers and Members. The team is looking for a digital marketing manager to translate the Aetna Brand and Value Proposition into compelling and differentiated digital campaigns to seed demand amongst B2B decision makers and generate qualified sales leads.

Fundamental Components:

Responsibilities include the following:

· Contribute to the development of campaign strategy, including specific programs, audience targeting, channel mix and budget· Oversee the development of all creative assets, including campaign messaging, content and Call-to-Action· Partner with cross-marketing partners (Territories, Product & Segment Marketing) to ensure seamless campaign coordination and deployment· Proactively identify risks and issues that could negatively impact lead generation efforts and consult with appropriate business/functional leads to mitigate and resolve· Analyze campaign results and insights to inform future strategy and in-flight updates/changes to maximize performance BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

-Requires advanced knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution

-Experience and familiarity with B2B marketing is critical

-Comfort working cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment to successfully achieve business goals


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
