Responsible for all aspects of the plumbing trade at the facility from hands on plumbing work to recommendations to management for priorities, equipment assessments, and resources needed to complete all plumbing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Will interact with customers to assess the need of plumbing related requests, and to coordinate work and customers being impacted. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Must be willing to support other activities outside of your expertise as required by the team.


  • Licensed master plumber in the state of NH.

  • 7-10 year’s experience in the plumbing trade.

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with others even in a demanding environment

  • Successful previous experience in the maintenance and repair of building systems as they relate to the plumbing trade.

  • Experience or basic understanding of related trades such as HVAC

  • High School Diploma

  • Vocational or relevant training in the plumbing trade.

  • Able to think and plan proactively

  • A high level of organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

  • Great communication skills

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if necessary
