Mirroring the work-life balance that is at the core of the Kronos culture, we are a UCD shop that values customer success and delight and we make every effort to make this UX magic happen while having fun.Responsibilities:• Anticipate users needs, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.• Deliver best-in-class cloud enterprise experiences (user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, etc.), in a fast-paced, agile, startup-like environment.• Translate strategy, business requirements and usability best practices into high-quality, customer-centric designs that support and reinforce Kronos’s product vision, brand, and business objectives• Balance user experience, business needs, technical feasibility and time-to-market to determine best product designs• Flexible and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment by garnering consensus across cross-functional teams for design ideas.• Create various design artifacts like sketches, storyboards, low and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes etc to communicate designs effectively• Strategize and drive interactive product development from requirements to launch by championing customer-centric, responsive/adaptive design methodologies• Familiar with UX research methods and able to engage with Kronos customers and partners to validate concepts, perform user and task analysis, and assist with user acceptance testing• Develop and ensure best and lean design practices and processes to maintain quality and efficiency of the design practice• Define and develop UX patterns and style guide and help establish a solid Kronos UX brand


Qualifications:• 5+ years Professional UX/UI Design experience• Current on the latest interaction design techniques & tools; patterns and standards and excellent knowledge of state of the art modern UI technologies to create engaging user experiences• Ability to grasp complex problems and tasks and transform them into thoughtful, intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for users around the world—from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert.• Strong drive to lead projects; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with business owners as well as developers; must have the ability to articulate design rationale in discussions and in presentations• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision• Highly motivated and organized - Must be able to work in a team environment and follow brand guidelines and take design direction with positive attitude.• Experience with Sketch, UXPin, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent• HTML and CSS skills will be given special consideration• Experience with Workforce Management or Human Capital Management applications is a plus#LI-POST
