Summary of Position: Coordinates and provides support to sales operations and new business sales executives while communicating with internal departments to ensure efficiency of onboarding process. Assists in developing and managing the implementation timeline and sending/receiving required documentation such as the group application, member enrollment information and contracts. Serve as a primary contact and manage the implementation of specific new accounts as they join NHP as part of the NHP LiteSwitch program. Manages shared implementation email inbox and resolves issues in a timely manner. Works with contacts at our commercial accounts to set up new users for the NHP Employer Portal and provide training and/or assistance when needed for new users.

Essential Functions: • Coordinates the timely and accurate implementation of new accounts, sending and receiving required documentation and provide reporting back to management • Participates in off-site meetings with Sales Executives, Accounts and Brokers • Manage new user set-up and resolve inquiries/issues with NHP Employer Portal • Coordinates with Sales Executives along with their brokers, customers and enrollment and configuration teams to ensure efficiency of implementation • Serve as liaison between HRA vendors and NHP IT for new and existing HRA file set-up • Provides operational/administrative support for sales team, clients and external sales contacts. • Anticipates and meets, or exceeds, internal and/or external customer expectations and requirements; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.

Preferred Qualifications: • 4-5 years of related experience.

Organizational Relationships: Incumbent will be required to communicate and work efficiently as part of the Sales team along with external sales contacts such as brokers and clients. Incumbent will also work with internal staff and departments such as Enrollment, Billing, Customer Service, and IT.
