Raytheon IDS – Tewksbury, MA Information Assurance Cyber Team - Project and Training Manager (Principal Information Assurance Cyber Specialist) This is an important role on the Raytheon IDS Information Assurance (IA) Cyber Operations Team. As the “IA” Project Manager leading Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF) deployment across the IDS Business, this person will be tracking tasks, milestones, dependencies, and documenting IA workflows for incorporation into Information Management Systems. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development and preparation of monthly IA Metrics to senior leadership. This role is also responsible for ensuring all Information Assurance Cyber team members are technically proficient to the level of the systems assigned to them in accordance with NISPOM, DAAPM, JAFAN, ICD, and DOD 8570.1-M regulatory standards. Other responsibilities and duties include: Supports IDS Security efforts to standardize processes and identify efficiencies. Identifies competency requirements, Reviews and evaluates available training Develops a business-relevant curriculum for the IA Staff with input from other IA Ops team members. Develops training schedule and may deliver training or train others to delivery said training. Develops and delivers a certification process for ISSMs and ISSOs. Interfaces with training vendors for various required training needs. Tracks certification and competency levels of team members. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment Capped relocation support will be provided if the selected applicant is eligible according to Company policy Required Skills: Strong understanding and experience working with one of Cybersecurity Frameworks, NIST, PCI, ISO or CIS. Currently possess a SECRET clearance – US Citizenship required. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (i.e., Excel, Access, Project, Visio) Familiarity with Risk Management principles Demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline teams, analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive issues to closure. Desired Skills: DoD 8570.1 IAM Level III certified: CISSP/CISM or other applicable certification. If not currently certified, incumbent must receive certification within 6 mos. of hire. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Public speaking ability. Both Highly Desired. Previous project management experience preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired. Previous experience both developing and delivering training. Ability to execute tough decisions with minimal supervision in accordance with government regulations. Possess excellent time management skills Ability to think strategically. Experience with the development and management of performance metrics. Prior experience implementing Risk Management Framework, NIST 800-53. Prior experience working in a classified environment as either an ISSM or System Administrator Required Education: Minimum of 8 years of information assurance/information technology experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance or other related field or 6 years of related experience with a Master’s Degree. 113761
